  • 8:00 am - Lighting of the Eggs
           Egghead chefs arrive.

  • 9:00 am - Vendor Fair opens.
            Food samplings begin.

  • 10:00 am - Cooking Class #1
    Sweet Baby Ray's Chef Duce creates the perfect
    Jerk Chicken Kabobs,
    Pork Chops
    Grilled Potato Skewers  
    Grilled shrimp and peppers

  • 11:00 am - Cooking Class #2
    Dr BBQ Ray Lampe shares his special secret
    Jack and Cola Steak
     Coffee Crusted Pork tenderloin
Grilled Fresh Pineapple on the Half Shell

  • 12:00 pm - Cooking Class #3
    Chef Kevin Rathbun will teach you how to prepare and
    smoke prime rib.

  • 1:00 pm - Cooking Class #4

  • 1:30 pm - Egghead chefs wrap up.
                 
  • 1:30 pm -Pre-purchase Egg private group lesson with
    Dr. BBQ Ray Lampe.
