BigGreenEggChicago.com is a division of Armitage Direct (“we,” “us,” or “our”). Armitage Direct is an authorized reseller of Big Green Egg products but is not affiliated with The Big Green Egg Company. This is a showroom website — there is no online cart, checkout, or payment. We collect:

• Information you give us.When you request a quote or a visit, sign up for our newsletter, or contact us, we collect the details you submit — such as your name, email address, phone number, the EGG or items you’re interested in, your preferred visit details, and any message you send.
• Reserve / quote list. If you save items to your list, that selection may be attached to a quote or visit request so we can help you in the showroom.
• Usage information. We collect basic, largely aggregated analytics about how the site is used (for example, pages viewed and general device/browser information) to understand traffic and improve the site.

How we use your information

• Respond to your quote, visit, and contact requests and provide showroom support.
• Send you the newsletter and occasional updates or offers, where you’ve opted in.
• Operate, maintain, secure, and improve the website.
• Comply with legal obligations and enforce our terms.

How your information is stored and shared

We store the information you submit using our hosting and database providers (including Supabase and Vercel) and use service providers to help us operate the site and communicate with you — for example, our customer-relationship and email platform. We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with these service providers, and as required by law or to protect our rights.

You can unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time using the link in those emails or by contacting us. We will still send you transactional messages that relate to a request you made (such as replying to a quote or visit inquiry).
